The small print - so you know whats what!

  • Mostly it's PAY - YOU stay
  • Advance bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
  • EFT payments are best.
  • Should you make a cash or cheque deposit, please pay relevant bank charges.
  • 10% pensioners discount offered (out of season)
  • Children under 2 stay free
  • No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or bad weather
  • Extra mattresses + linen available at R150 p/p/night



Checking in and out
  • Pay before or on arrival - no exceptions
  • check OUT is 11 am; check IN is after 2 pm
  • R100 deposit required on arrival for key & breakages deposit
  • Out of Season, the Reception office and front gate close at 6 pm

  • We are a no music venue - unless for functions >> Venue Hire >>
  • Yellowwood Forest is GREEN. Do separate your waste into the bins provided. It makes us and the planet happy.
  • Please don’t feed the monkeys and don’t bring doom foggers or zappers to dematerialize the bugs. Mozzies excluded.
  • Dogs are NOT allowed, unless by prior arrangement.
